A well layed out villa within 6 min walk to the coast and local supermarket and a couple of minutes further to the UK supermarket. Heated pool was a bonus and great to start or end the day with a splash. Comfortable 20 min walk to the marina rubicon where there are numerous restaurants. A good week had by all 😊

een heel mooi appartement op een mooie locatie. het appartement was heel schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. na 1 week werden de bedden verschoond en kregen we schoon linnengoed. het zwembad werd om de dag gecontroleerd. bushalte en supermarkt op loopafstand.

After spending 10 lovely days on my first visit to Lanzarote 4 adults and my 2 grandchildren we had a great time . The children aged 5 and 7 loved the pool and would have spent every hour if the holiday swimming and having lots of fun . The villa was great and had everything we needed . Wendy communicated very well with me giving me lots of information. I did find the check in and check out time’s difficult as was on an early flight out and an evening flight home and late check out wasn’t available. Anyone booking this lovely villa plan your flights better than I did . The 20 minute walk down to the rubicon was a nice walk . There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and all have great food . The kids loved feeding the fish . We enjoyed the market , my granddaughter got her hair braided . We have just arrived home, now feeling very sad, having spent the last week in Lanzarote and calling Casa Kathryn our home.
The Villa was lovely and more than ample for myself, my wife and nearly 15 year old daughter.
The views from the terrace are fantastic, watching the sun come up over the Femes mountains and glistening in the sea towards Papagayo. We enjoyed a cuppa here each morning and made good use of the views.
The bedrooms are very spacious and having spent time in other villas on the island, my wife nearly always complains at the lack of drawers and wardrobe space. This wasn’t an issue at Casa Kathryn, with plenty of storage for all your clothes, including the ones that you may buy at the local boutiques.
The bathrooms are well equipped, as is the kitchen. The room is also spacious.
The outside area has a table which was great to eat dinner at and the sun loungers are very comfy, especially when coupled with the mattresses that are also available.
The pool, although not the biggest, was clean and warm and was sun-kissed from early morning to around 17:30 at night (August).
The area is also very quiet and really does promote a nice relaxing atmosphere.
We had one issue whilst staying at Casa Katheryn and this was with a faulty door on the washer. A quick email and a call and within a couple of days a new washer arrived. Honestly you can’t say any better than that. Thank you Wendy and Brett for resolving the issue with what felt like a sense of real urgency.
For anyone using the Villa and wanting to leave the car, buses are very frequent (number 30) - every half hour and go to Playa Blanca. You can catch these just up the road near to the hyper dino. Well worth using if you don’t fancy the walk, which I have to say is very pleasant.
The hyper dino supermarket is around a five minute walk away and has virtually everything you will require during your stay.
Our favourite spot to eat, and has been for some years, is Lanis Snack bar. Great for tapas, beers and cocktails. We think reasonably priced too. Also great views of the marina, with lots of fish, and this year even a stingray visited causing a real stir among the patrons.
So a fantastic break, a lovely Villa and as I have said, sad to come home.
Just back from a lovely 2week stay in Casa Kathryn. Beautiful villa. Very spacious inside and out. Loved the pool & upper seating area was amazing at night. Everything you could want inside. Ideally located. 2min walk to supermarkets. 5min walk to local bars/cafes. 20min walk to Marina. Would highly recommend & will definitely return 🥰😎
We had a lovely week in february at the Casa Kathryn! The house with the 3 bedrooms suited us (3 adults and a 7 year old child) very well. It was very clean and well equipped and especially the outdoor area was very nice. Downstairs it was largely covered , which was very good with sometime strong winds and some rain. The view from the upper balcony the sea was great and the pool had a good, warm temparature so we ould use it also on a little bit colder days. With only 5 min walking to the sea, a supermarket, playground and a small, nice shopping area with 3 restaurants and aof course the wunderfull Marina Rubicon only 15-20 min away on foot (5 min by car) the location is just perfect for us! We are hoping to return next year!
Wendy & Vincent are very attentive hosts, everything from the booking till the refunding of the deposit was very pleasant, punctual and professional.
Spent a fantastic month in Casa Kathryn in January. It is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Outside the pool was clean and warm and well maintained. The patio has the sun for most of the day and it was just lovely to sit in the early morning sun and enjoy a cuppa. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and it was good to have a proper cooker as well as a hob.
Communication with Wendy was always good and she was able to accommodate our guests who were coming and going. The cleaners came weekly and were very efficient and it was nice to have clean towels and beds without having to do any work!!
The supermarket was well stocked and is a 3 minute walk away. We enjoyed the fresh bread daily. The marina is a beautiful 20 minute walk along the coastal path and every restaurant we tried was excellent.
We had a lovely time and felt really at home in Casa Kathryn. We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend.
Lovely villa which is value for money and the key points is the location. Good sunbathing as you get the sun from around 8.00 am to 4.00 pm.
4 min walk to the bus stop to catch the 30 bus which goes through the town centre and up to Faro Park. Whatever stop you get off price is the same 1.40 euro.
5 min walk to supermarket and down the side is Antonia's cafe, a must visit. Further along is another supermarket where you can get items from the UK.
7 min walk in front of the villa you will see a commercial centre, Located in there is a supermarket, few bars, cafes and places to eat.
Papagayo Beach is about 20 min walk and one of the best beaches. It is a nudest beach also. You can walk for miles and worth a visit.
Marina is about 15 min walk on the front with all the restaurants and shops. Market day is on a Saturday so worth the visit.
If you are looking for somewhere that is quiet and within walking distance to places this is a good place to be.

We have just come back from a lovely one week stay at Casa Kathryn.
We travelled as a family of four. My 4 year old had so much fun in the pool and the nearby playground. There’s a nearby beach which is also lovely - we spent hours there - however access to this beach is a little tricky with a buggy.
Plenty of taxis around to take you to and from playa Blanca.
The villa is well equipped and even had a washing machine - this was a great help. To begin with it wasn’t working correctly but this was quickly rectified and we were able to use it.
The host is a fantastic help and was able to answer any questions we had.

We stayed here for a week in October and what can I say except it was amazing! Beautiful villa, had everything we needed and more, the garden and pool area where just perfect for us and our children! The local supermarket is literally a 2 minute walk and you are so close to the most beautiful beachs. We have been visiting playa blanca for years now and never realised what we where missing out on! Highly recommended. Wendy was super helpful and we will deffos be back again!

Just had a great 9 days at you beautiful villa, everything was thought of to make our stay enjoyable. Thanks for the the wine and water etc. Pool inflatables was great and we even left you one. Shops within a 5 minute walk which sold be everything you needed. The overseas supermarket sold English items that you sometimes can't find in the local shops, EG, HP brown sauce( a must in my household lol). Taxis to the centre were about 4 euros. Would definitely return, Management company were very easy to contact if you needed any help with anything, and Wendy was very easy to deal with, excellent instructions on how to get into the villa etc. Thank you.

Just back from 12 nights at Casa Kathryn. Can honestly say one of the nicest villas my family and I have stayed at (there have been many!).
The villa had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. It was very clean and the beach towels for each of us were very welcome. Complimentary bottle of wine/water and face cream were a lovely touch. We didn’t hire a car this time, but the bus stop to get to the “busier” part of playa blanca is across the road and only takes minutes. 3 supermarkets are nearby. We left the villa to hit the beach a few times, but there was no need (or inclination) to leave the comfort of the villa. I was initially concerned there is no AC, however the motorised ceiling fans were perfect and kept us cool. The Wi-Fi was very good too. I don’t have any negatives.

Just got back from a weeks stay- absolute wonderful week. Stayed with 3 children who had a fab time splashing around in the pool.
The villa is very well equipped with towels and everything you would need in the kitchen.
The location is perfect- 4 min walk to shop and beach and a 4 euro taxi ride to the main shops/restaurants.
Communication great from the start from the owners and couldn’t do enough to help.
Would defo recommend and will be back in the future.

Very well located with easy short strolls to Marina Rubicon,or jump in a Taxi only 3-4 euros.Good supermarket a street away.

Just home from a fabulous stay at this Villa and I would like to thank the owners for being so accommodating first of all! We wasn’t sure if we could go or not and Wendy was so lovely! We even added 2 extra days as didn’t want to leave! The villa is perfect for our family of 6 and provided enough towels and Beach towels for our stay. The kids loved the pool which was a nice temperature too I even got in! Beds are comfortable and overall we had a fab stay. Location is perfect by the way! We had a hire car and the shop is literally a 5 minute walk away or the marina and town are a quick drive up the road. We walked to the marina one evening which was a lovely stroll along the beach and didn’t take long at all. Views are fantastic. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Claire xxx
Stayed at casa Kathryn for 8 days over Christmas and found the villa to be perfect for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. Everything we needed had been provided from beach towels and bath towels to all you could need to cook we found the out door space, pool terrace and BBQ fabulous plenty space and sun all day long even in the December when we visited. The location was great a 10 min walk to the Mariana and or 20 to playa blanca itself. We got a taxi a few times and found that it was no more than 4 euros. There are 2 shops within a 2 min walk superdino and overseas which had everything you could need. I would definitely consider staying at casa Kathryn again.
My family have just had a weeks stay at this villa. The area is lovely and relaxed with a few minute walk to the papagayo beach one way and a few minutes tho other way to the Marina Rubicon. The villa has everything that you could need for a stay there and plenty of room for 5/6 people.
The outdoor area is lovely with lots of sunbathing space but also plenty of room to sit in the shade if that is what you want. There are views of the mountains from one side and the ocean on the other. Watching the sunrise from the outdoor seating area was very special.
I would not hesitate in booking here again. You have the best of both worlds.....do nothing in peace or a short walk to a much more vibrant area with bars and restaurants.
We have just returned from the beautiful Casa Kathryn a family of 6 of us with 3 children we had the most perfect week playa Blanca is just beautiful the villa is situated in the perfect location for families 2 supermarkets within a 2 minute walk from the villa on long days at the beach we would come back and have a bbq on the lovely terrace and go to the supermarkets that do the best meats on the meat counters our favourite was the chicken and lamb skewers while my children would enjoy the pool in the warm water evenings while we was having a lovely bbq watching the sunset. The marina is only a 10 -15 min walk on the promenade with the beautiful sea views the marina is a must go to from the shops and the shopping centre to the beautiful bars and restaurants you really are spoilt for choice there we especially loved the little Italy restaurant and the steak house for the best steaks you could eat. We chose to get a taxi to playa Blanca some nights as for a mini bus for 6 of us it was 4 euros it was that cheap then walk there and again it’s lovely to sit in on the beach front and enjoy the beautiful restaurants and bars we topped the holiday off with a water park visit that we booked from the tourist shop on the marina very good quality for money as they offer you including the price a meal included that’s worth 12 euro per person my children loved the day at the water park. I would highly recommend the Casa Kathryn as a villa for family’s I will miss my mornings waking up to the beautiful sea view and having my breakfast on the balcony. And my kids are already missing the pool that we couldn’t get them out off! the location is perfect to get to the bars and restaurant we will definitely be rebooking thank you Casa Kathryn it’s been a beautiful holiday.
We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday at Villa Katie. Four adults and two children. We were
there to celebrate my husband's 80th BIRTHDAY and we were welcomed with a beautiful card and lovely
bottle of Fizz. Immediate impression was that the villa was so spacious for us all, well designed kitchen
with a huge fridge freezer. Our daughter lives in the area so we know our way around and love it, so easy
to get around, great location for walking into Marina Rubicon with lots of fabulous restaurants and a fabulous market on a Wednesday and Saturday. local bus stop few hundred metres away 1 euro 30 if you
don't hire a car and taxi is so cheap and quick to arrive. I would certainly recommend Villa Katie to the rest
of my family and friends.
The villa was lovely and clean, great open plan layout. Plenty of space for all of us. Lots of room outside for sunbathing and relaxing, the kids loved the pool. We will definitely be going back
Just returned from 12 days holiday at Villa Katie. We had a really restful holiday, the villa is particularly well equipped and ideally located away from the main town but still within easy walking distance of both this and the Marina Rubicon where we ate out most nights. If you are not as keen on walking as we are then the taxis into town are really cheap - just a few Euros - and there is a bus stop only a few hundred metres away. The really great feature about this villa is that the pool is heated to a good temperature and, unlike so many other villas, you do not have to pay extra for this!
We stayed at Casa Kathryn for five weeks December to January. Our first long holiday and first time away for Christmas. We can thoroughly recommend it. We were three adults and a three year old for four weeks and our son joined us for a week. There is not much to add about the villa, it has all been said. It was kept clean, the pool was warm and when the water did cool down the pool man came the same day and found a problem and fixed it. We didn’t use the pool the last couple of weeks as it was too windy and therefore just too cold. The location is great for getting to Papagayo, either for walking to admire beautiful sunrises, sunsets or go running, or of course sunbathing. We had a car and with a three year old in our party and beach paraphernalia we needed the car to get to the beach. Places to go: Cezar Manrique’s foundation and his home in Haria are a must, Los Hervideros, Haria. If you want a real Spanish tapas bar, then Bar Stop in Yaiza. The larger Superdino in Playa Blanca has fresh fish as well as meat and has a slightly larger range than the nearby shop - though the nearby shop sells most things. Tias has a butcher and a greengrocer. The latter sells all sorts of grains, pulses and other things like cocoa loose which is great if you like to save on plastic. The roads are great, hardly any potholes - and not a lot of traffic. There are lots of vineyards to visit. The best wines in our opinion is Bergamos, which has a beautiful setting. It is a gentle pace of life in Lanzarote and we love the stark beauty of the volcanic area and the progressive green and hills of the north. We can thoroughly recommend a holiday here.

We loved the safe easy walk to the Marina Rubicon at night to eat. we played cards and breakfasted by the villa pool. Nick and I jogged some mornings to Playa Blanca beach and had a coffee. First visit to Papagyo beaches this year which were breathtaking. We love the area where the villa is as you can choose your beaches and activities for the day and walk to them. We hired a car and visited Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen which were lovely - but still prefer Playa Blanca!! We will definitely return next year 👍👍☀️😎
Just back from a great week at Casa Kathryn. The villa was comfortably furnished with everything we needed and a lovely pool. We found the location to be perfect for us - a peaceful setting, a short walk to the promenade and close to shops and restaurants. There was a lovely local restaurant, Casa Carlos, close by or a 15 minute walk would take you to the Marina Rubicon area. Playa Mujeres beach was about a 15 minute walk. Overall we would recommend this villa and definitely choose to stay there again.
Our family of 4 have just enjoyed a fabulous 2 week break at the Villa. Lovely private location but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Villa is absolutely perfect for a relaxing family break. Everything you would need is in the Villa. It was clean and spacious and bedding and towels were changed weekly. The pool was also cleaned several times while we were there. On request we were given a late check out time which was a huge help. All queries before we went were answered quickly. Very easy to book. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Lanzarote
Our family of 4 has just come back from a fantastic 10-day holiday in Lanzarote. This villa perefctly suited our needs and we would recommend it to anyone else - it is well equipped with everything you would need, the location is in a quiet and private location, whilst also still being close to local amenities, playa blanca itself and the touristy attractions. Our children loved the private pool and there is ample opportunity for either shade or sunbathing on the terrace - even an upper terrace with table and chairs for the evening view below. The sea is in view and the rocky local beach just 5-10 mins walk away - we went rock pooling in the early evenings and for walks along the promenade. Having a car helped us to get around this great island as there's so much to see and do, but you could manage without, or mix and match with a few days with and without a car (depending on what typr of holiday you want). Public buses are available on the road outside and there's an excellent supermarket 5 mins walk away. The villa was very clean and tidy when we arrived - really impressed. The island wind does blow hard and dust does rest on the terrace area every day, but this is nothing unique to Lazarote and a quick mop soon fixed the problem. Would whole-heartesdly recommend this lovely villa to anyone considering Lanzarote as a holiday :-) A great find
Just enjoyed a 13 night stay at Villa and like the rest of the comments it’s a home from home. Nice size,clean and tidy great private pool with great views of the mountains,and you can see the sea. It’s on the end of a row so quiet but you can hear noise from the road, not too busy.2 min walk from the shops One being a Waitrose/Iceland which sell all English stuff.
If you like wilder beach’s it’s in a great location but you will need a car 10 min drive in the Papagayo Natural park takes you to 5 great beach’s some in coves great for snorkelling. The sea is a 5 min
walk but no proper beach.The bus 2 min walk takes you to Playa Blanca, it just does a loop so if you miss you stop you will end up back at it eventually only about €1.30 one way.
Harbour is about 20 min walk along a promenade lovely walk. I was apprehensive booking a villa off the internet from someone I didn’t know but the correspondence I’ve had by Telephone and E-mail were great.
Booked for a week over Easter holidays for 2 adults and 2 children. Villa far better than my expectations. Lovely quiet residential street. Villa was stunning with plenty of space for us. Spotless and we'll looked after. Local supermarket only couple of minutes walk. Bus stop just up the road which we used a fair no. Even got the bus back to the airport which saved us a small fortune. Would recommend this villa without a doubt.
Just returned from a lovely weeks holiday . The villa was everything it was described to be and more. We took our 5 year old grandson and combined mornings and evenings in the pool with him and the remainder of the day at the beach . The beaches at the Papagyo end of the resort are much quieter , make sure you take a picnic though as there are no facilities on the beach.
There is a local bus with a stop 2 mins from the apartment which runs every 30 mins into playa Blanca in case you don't want to take the walk along the prom.
All in all a fabulous holiday which catered for a different variety of needs. We will definitely be booking to go back next year . 😀
We were two young girls (33 year old) looking for a relaxing sun holiday over Easter (April 2017). We were interested in keeping active and home cooking. The location was perfect for us - a 17 minute walk to the marina (with had lots of restaurants/bars and had a lovely vibe) and a couple of minutes walk to a large supermarket (perfect as we were not hiring a car). We walked along the promenade to Playa blanca (but was not our scene). We enjoyed hiking to the more wild beaches and were impressed with how clean and quiet they were.
The villa - for 2 girls the villa (2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms) was very spacious and met our needs in every way. The villa is on a road but this did not impact our stay in anyway - to stress again the location was perfect for us (the right side of playa blanca near the marina). Villa was clean and kitchen well equipped. I did not go in the pool (which had a cover) but my friend did and she appreciated being able to cool off after sunbathing on the terrace. The villa had several seating areas and we appreciated the sea view from the upstairs terrace and being able to dine outside in the evening.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would recommend the villa to friends and family - the host Wendy is on hand to help with any queries and made us feel very welcome.
We had a very comfortable and relaxing week in Casa Kathryn. The villa is well situated for access to amazing beaches, the marina and a longer walk to Playa Blanca, no car was needed. There's a supermarket very near by which stocked all that we required. We used First Minute to and from the airport, which were really good. The villa is clean, comfortable and like home from home, we appreciated the thoughtful details that have contributed to the comfort. The pool was well used. Wendy was great at communicating and answering all my questions.

The villa is very clean and well maintained. Great location for beaches, walking, shops and restaurants. All within easy walking distances. We didn’t have a car and made use of the buses and local tours. First Minute will pick you up/drop off outside the villa. There is plenty of shade and the patio area is well sheltered from the prevailing wind. Kitchen has everything you need. We had a problem with the water heater but this was soon fixed. Wendy was great at responding to any queries prior to going and was kind enough to leave a bottle of wine and small welcome gifts for our children. Have no hesitation in recommending this villa for a hassle free holiday.

We had never done self-catering before, so were not sure what to expect. Villa was spacious, well equipped and clean. The pool was lovely and the view from the patio was wonderful. When you sat on the patio, you could see over the wall and watch everything that was going on. The location was good, being very close to supermarkets and a small shopping centre. Even though it is on a main road, the noise is not an issue. The gorgeous Marina is about 20 minutes walk away and Playa Blanca is easily accessible by bus or taxi if required. We had a small issue with the TV, but this was sorted out extremely quickly when it was reported. We have stayed in the area before - but in a hotel. However, from now on we will be self-catering - hopefully coming back to this villa. We would highly recommend this villa for a wonderful stay.

We had a nice week in this property. We were with two adults and two children. There was a lot of space in and round the house and it was well equipped. We made good use of the small swimming pool. The only thing that you had to be aware of is that the road in front of the house is quite a busy one and we had some noise of the building activities in the neighbourhood. But for the rest it was great.

We were very impressed with this villa. It is a large modern villa that is very well laid out and comfortable. It is also immaculately clean and tidy. Nice areas to sit out and relax with nice views. The kitchen while not big has everything needed in good working order and again very well maintained and clean It is in a great location being around 15 min walk to Marina Rubicon along a coastal pathway. It is also walking distance along a nice off road trail to the Papagayo beaches which are really stunning and never crowded. A great base for trail running or mountain biking as there are miles of off road tracks 10 minutes walk from the villa. Also a great base for those who like a leisurely stroll or a more vigorous walk. A bus stops close to the villa and this takes you to the town centre. All in all we had a great time at villa Kathryn

We stayed in early April which may be before the holiday season fully starts. The weather was good all week which helps. The Villa is a 10 minute walk from the marina area (convenient for restaurants and a twice weekly market). It is situated between the beach at Playa Blanca town itself and the Rubicon beaches. Both are a little too far to walk comfortably but we had a car. I don't know if there are any buses. There is a supermarket a stones throw away. The nearby villas were all quiet - I assume somebody was in them and the pool although small was enjoyed by the kids. The rear terrace gets the sun in the morning and early afternoon. There's a fair amount of building work going on in the area but none which caused any problems. Most of the building work was a distance away but clearly the area is being developed. Communication from the owners was good. The wifi seemed slow but that's probably no bad thing as it meant we relaxed rather than checking social media, emails, etc.

Superb accommodation in a superb location. Everything is provided for an enjoyable stay. Playa Blanca resort is a hidden gem and this villa is close to [for us] the classier part of the resort i.e. the marina. My wife and I love being outdoors and in particular were looking forward to spending time in the heated pool; unfortunately the pool heater wasn't working. Being cynical we assumed that the pool would be unusable during our stay. Wrong. A new heater was installed within 24 hours. The owners have thoughtfully provided a tablet connected to the smart TV for internet channels and there is also a sky box. Other info: twitchers - the villa is adjacent to open ground and on a couple of occasions we were lucky to spot trumpeter finches. Also, whilst lazing around the pool one day I noticed two large raptors circling overhead - courtesy of pentax we could clearly see they were egyptian vultures [presumably the canarian variety?] Supermarkets: Dino supermarket [asda equivalent?] 2 mins away and in the opposite direction a more upmarket Ropers [Booths?]. There is an excellent coastal walkway 2 minutes away which takes you to the wonderful, classy, Rubicon Marina. Wine: we tried some of the lanzarote wines - nice. The bottle of 2013 Bermejo Listan Negro at Lanis was sublime. We opted to hire a car for our week stay [97 euros] as it was only slightly more expensive than airport transfers - beautiful drive to and from the airport via Fermes. We have been to many holiday destinations but we feel we have discovered a gem in Playa Blanca - the perfect antidote to the gloomy british winter. Thanks again to Wendy for the villa. Reluctant to give a good review due to the Alfred Wainwright effect, but top marks. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa is in a great location, not too near the town but near enough for a 4 min drive to the heart of Playa Blanca. The beach is a 2min walk away. It was clean and had all the facilities that were promised. the pool was fantastic and really warm, we spent plenty of time in it. There is a supermarket within a stone's throw which had everything we needed. The views were lovely with the sea on one side and mountains on the other, the neighbourhood was quiet and good for a family stay. We have no doubt about returning to 'our' villa soon!!

Stayed in Villa Kathryn for a week at the beginning of December. The villa was immaculate, spacious and spotlessly clean. It was very nicely furnished with modern furniture and was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the equipment you would need - very home from home! Excellent Information pack in the villa giving lots of ideas of things to do and places to visit. Fantastic views of the sea and beautiful sunrises if you happen to get up early enough! Lovely heated pool and patio area with sunbeds and outside dining table with comfortable chairs. There was very good wifi connection in the villa and large screen TV. There were two supermarkets within walking distance of the villa which you could get everything you want including lots of British branded items if required. Lovely walks along the sea front to the Marina and onto the beach and town of Playa Blanca. There is a bus stop very close to the villa taking you into town and beyond if needed. We would highly recommend this lovely villa and would definitely return.

We have just returned from a lovely break at this villa. On arrival it was immaculately clean with fresh bed linen and towels; having the fridge stocked with essentials was great and the bottle of wine was a welcome surprise. The local beach really is just 2 minutes away and while there are local bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk, the 15 minute stroll along the seafront to the Marina Rubicon is well worth it for the views and fantastic bars and restaurants. The sea view from the top balcony was great for evening drinks!

I am so pleased you had a great holiday and the villa was as you expected and more. I am really pleased that you took advantage of its close proximity to the beach and local bars and restaurants. I am glad you took the short walk along the sea side promenade to Marina Rubicon and its bars and restaurants to have a drink or meal whilst watching the luxury yachts in the marina. I hope you had the opportunity to have a meal at Aphrodite little Italy which often has live music performances including a great saxophonist or at Lani's Grill Tex-Mex Steakhouse with its great entertainment, if not maybe next time!

Situated in the quiet resort of San Marcial de Rubicon, Casa Abba is a beautiful villa. It is furnished immaculately and has everything you could possibly need for the ‘home from home’ experience. We particularly enjoyed the pool and terraced area and not forgetting of course the rooftop bathing area with stunning views of the mountain range and across to the ocean. This is perfect for sun worshippers!! The villa is a short walk to the nearest supermarket and local Spanish bar, but a walk of 10/15 minutes will take you to the very pretty Marina Rubicon where you will find a great selection of bars, restaurants. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone whether you’re a family or couples. We will definitely be returning very soon! Thanks again for letting us stay in your wonderful villa!

Was a fantastic apartment! lovely views, great location. very much enjoyed it, thanks! A serrated bread knife would have been the cherry on the cake though!
